Keeping Campus Thriving with MOUs: Memorandums of understanding help campuses get the work done and provide an exceptional student experience.

Most campuses are basically mini-cities within larger cities and have lots to do with not enough staff or other resources. What helps them extend their reach and get things done? Some campuses use memorandums of understanding (MOUs), which are written agreements that identify the key stakeholders in a process and outline what each one is expected to do. Ideally, they bring the right group of people together to create the best plan that allows for the successful operation of a program or project.
