I am looking to chat with anyone who has had to go to different lengths to remove a student who becomes a NON-STUDENT in student housing.
So far, I haven't had too many issues or pushback when I inform residents that they are no longer eligible for housing due to their status as a student. My current situation is sticky (mental health barriers, sub lease contract etc.)
