Hey Brittany!
We are a small update New York college in the rural part of the Finger Lakes. Our housing costs ranges from $6272 in our new student housing buildings to $8964 for our apartments. That cost covers all utilities and laundry, and is for the whole academic year, minus breaks. Our meal plans cost extra and are required since we are a small (650-900 bed) 4 year required residential campus.

I am looking for data from other small colleges/universities in regard to housing cost for students. I am preparing to adjust our housing cost for the next academic year and want to see where other colleges fall. Currently we average $425-$450/month with utilities included.
